She is truly is second to none! She helped me find my first place in the city and recently helped my partner and I transition from SF to the peninsula on a super tight timeline. I have recommended her to colleagues within SFUSD many times now and she’s never failed to impress. She had to do a lot of hand holding with us, but she’s patient, personable, and never let anything fall through the cracks. I worked with Courtney when I got my place in the richmond district. I had a tighter budget than most and was unfamiliar with the neighborhood before working with her. Although the place I ended up is smaller than what I’d initially hoped, you cannot beat the value for what I got in the city! And things nearly went left before signing, but Courtney ended up negotiating a deal where I had to pay even less. It’s almost a year later and I’m grateful for where I ended up.
